Kippenberg Creek Kids Mission Statement

PROVIDE CHILDREN WITH A DISABILITY OR LIFE-THREATENING ILLNESS UNFORGETTABLE OUTDOOR ADVENTURES AND THEIR FAMILY LIFE LONG MEMORIES THROUGH THEIR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION

Kippenberg Creek Kids is a non-profit organization that provides hunting trips, fishing trips, snowmobile outings, and other outdoor activities for children with life threatening illnesses. These adventures are provided with food and lodging included all at no cost to the children or their families.

Kippenberg Creek Kids was established in memory of Lucus Boquist who died at the age of 15 from complications of leukemia. At the time of Luke’s passing, Larry and Pat Beyer discussed how they wished they would have taken Luke out hunting and let him shoot a whitetail buck with them. The idea was born and KCK is now in operation.
